I think this movie is setted in modern time, and jugding from the structures, this is Greece.

there were three main characters in it. Pink and blue octopuses and track driver.

Conflict seems to be between the driver and octopuses.

Climax was when driver failed to catch octopuses and fell into the sea, and octopuses were saved.

I think Symbols in this movie were Water tank,which means domination and being ruled.  The octopus, which means human.  And the driver which means powerfull force.

Irony was that the driver even successed to catch one octopus, but he tryed to catch other one, and he failed to get all of them.

I think theme of this movie was Power of love, or Don't be greedy or you will fail.
