The Lost Thing

Characters: the man, the lost thing, Pete

Setting: a dystopian town, mainly during the day

Conflict: the lost thing vs the dystopian world, the man's parents vs the lost thing

Climax: The lost thing finds a place to live where there are many other lost things. After a few years the man becomes an adult and no more notices the lost thing.

Symbols: the lost thing ...children's curiosity and dreams

Irony: The man could see the lost thing when he was young and was frustrated by the fact that his parents don't care about it but when he grew older he himself forgot about the lost thing and does't care about it anymore.

Theme: Children have a lot of curiosity but when they grow older they gradually lose it.
