Lately, I’ve been doing workouts for the training days of the ballroom dance club, coming up in the beginning of August.
There will be several tough workout menus that we must prepare for. What I most struggling is lateral muscle training. We have to be able be in posture of putting one side of arms on the floor and keep your body sided and up for about 15 min in total without dropping your body. I still can’t do it for that long, so I have to train as much as I can this month. I hope I will be able to do it by the training day…
